The rhythm of the waves and the scent of sun-bleached driftwood create a peaceful, grounding escape.
This refreshing yet warm fragrance opens with bright notes of coconut water, mandarin, orange, and lemon, evoking the crisp coastal air. The heart blends coconut shell, orange flower, rosewater, anise, and tonka bean, reminiscent of Aotearoa’s natural beauty—where lush greenery meets salty sea spray. A base of driftwood and citrus musk lingers like the memory of a summer day spent exploring the shores.

Candle Care & Safety
To ensure the best experience with your candles, follow these simple care and safety tips:
First Burn Matters
-
Allow your candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours).
-
This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time.
Trim the Wick
-
Before each burn, trim the wick to 5mm (¼ inch) to prevent soot and an overly large flame.
-
A properly trimmed wick helps your candle last longer.
Burn Time & Safety
-
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended or near anything flammable.
-
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid Drafts
-
Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from windows, fans, and vents.
-
Drafts can cause uneven burning and excess smoke.
Extinguishing Your Candle
-
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow it out. Avoid putting the lid on a burning candle.
-
Let the wax cool completely before moving the candle.
Repurposing & Disposal
-
When only 1cm (½ inch) of wax remains, discontinue use to prevent overheating the container.
-
Clean out the jar with warm, soapy water and repurpose it as a storage container or decorative piece!
By following these tips, you’ll enjoy a longer-lasting, safer, and more fragrant burn.
Our medium size candle jars have a burn time of approximately 30-40 hours.
